TheMarketing Manager is an important role in Alserkal Advisory teamcreating effective campaigns to promote the activities at AlserkalAdvisory. The Marketing Manager is responsible for conceiving ofand implementing the marketing and comms plan to support businessobjectives alongside overall campaign management working acrosssocial media the website and in coordination with the Director ofMarketing digital and design managers. The role is responsible foroverseeing marketing initiatives as well as spearheading new ideasto ensure overarching objectives for each of the business units aredelivered.

Responsibilities

The responsibilitiesof the Marketing Manager cover communications and marketingactivities including briefing in paid social and digital marketingand website SEO organic grow briefing to the digital manager briefthe content executive on content creation across all channels andoverall campaign management for the B2B and B2C Advisory outreachand promotion.

Marketing and campaignmanagement :

• Responsiblefor development of marketing campaigns from concept to executionfor commercial outreach b2b positioning and client projectrequirements

• Oversee paiddigital and paid and organic social media campaigns from conceptand brief to setting budgets and objectives reviewing resultsdelivered by the digital manager and the Advisory marketingexecutives and tweaking as necessary and fullreporting.

• Create andmanage marketing campaigns for specific events that are part of theAdvisory clients portfolio

• Project management alongwith Digital Manager for digital and offline campaigns withresponsibility for ensuring internal and external team members areon target for both deadlines andgoals

• Liaise withCommunications Executive or Copywriters to ensure social mediaposts are onmessage and effective forcampaigns

• Develop andoversee the execution of the social media strategy for AlserkalAdvisory and their existing channels and new channels reflectingcurrent business objectives and using this to support digitalmarketing strategies

• Liaise with Head of Brandto ensure all digital assets reflect the Alserkalbrands

Direct Marketing CRMNewsletters

• Oversee andsupport the creation and implementation of a data strategyincluding acquisition campaign audience profiling and streamliningdata collection processes
• Oversee and supportthe Marketing Executive on newsletter strategy consideringfrequency audiences content andautomation

Lead generationand business

• Responsiblefor business leads strategy in collaboration with the Director ofMarketing
• Responsible for continuous update ofthe Advisory portfolio
• Responsible for marketand background/competitive research for the Advisory positioning aswell as for clients projects
• Supervise contentand design of Portfolio client reports monthly reports (marketingsocial media and more)
• Oversight of brandingand brand execution examples: kickoff meetings setting a templateprovide feedback and reports on results in collaboration with thedesign team

• Client facingon specific project to understand briefs and create actionableplans within deadline

Website

• Oversee themarketing executive/copywriter to deliver changes to the websitecontent in order to make the proposition clear as well as appeal toaudiences using compelling copy UX and case studies

• Responsible for planningall content for the website including regular inclusion of new casestudies.

Required skillsexperience

• A degree orequivalent in Marketing Communications Business Studies orequivalent subject

• 57years experience working in a marketing environment with experiencecreating and implementing content and digital strategies for abrand

• Strong grasp ofworking with numerical data for monitoring and reportingpurposes

• Strong projectmanagement experience with experience managing projects frombeginning to end

• Budgetand expenses management

Position type andexpected hours of work

This is afulltime projectbased position. Days and hours of work are Mondaythrough Friday from 9am to 5pm. Weekend hours and overtime might berequired during intense periods and/or during special projects andevents.
