  • Coordinate with vendors andservice providers for maintenance andrepairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of allvehicle and equipment data including maintenance history fuel usageand compliance documents.

  • Manage andoversee the fleet budget.

Leadership andCollaboration:

  • Superviseand motivate fleet technicians andoperators.
  • Collaborate with project managersand other departments to ensure smooth projectexecution.
  • Identify and implement opportunitiesfor improvement in fleet operations.
  • Foster aculture of safety and compliance within the fleetteam.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in aconstruction fleet management role.
  • Provenunderstanding of construction equipment and maintenanceprocedures.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS OfficeSuite and fleet management software(preferred).
  • Valid drivers license and cleandriving record.
  • A commitment to safety andcompliance.
