Job Purpose The Delivery Manager will planand manage delivery of the OneERP project operationally includingschedule adherence. Job Description
  • Plan and managedelivery of project operationally including schedule adherence andassisting in team management.
  • Manage thegovernance structure and processes.
  • Understandprogram scope and drive the roadmap activities to lay out the scopein effective phases supporting the VP of ERP Transformation in theSI SoW phase development.
  • Provide guidanceacross value streams and work streams highlightingdependencies.
  • Understand and supportaddressing issues faced by work stream leads.
  • Communicate and manage risks across theprogram.
  • Identify and support the escalationand resolution of project risks issues and dependencies.
  • Track project scope in line with agreed workresponsibilities and obtain signoffs for deliverables..
  • Maintain alignment between the contract deliveryexpectations and throughout the project deliverylifecycle.
  • Understand and monitor expectationsof VP ERP Transformation and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure Project Sponsors and program stakeholders receivethe right information at the right time regarding programperformance (Project Dashboard).
  • Identifyinterdependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensureall are aligned and risks are identified mitigated andcommunicated.
  • Ensuring appropriately skilledresources are delivering the project and managing the availabilityand performance of these consultants.
  • PeopleDevelopment: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input andguidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staffrecruitment and retention activities; provide leadership andsupport for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
You are meant for this job if:
  • 5 to 10 yearscombined experience in Business Planning/Analysis QualityManufacturing / Product Design Environment Supply Chain ProjectManagement Operations or Business Process Realignments.
  • Excellent understanding of business systems/processesand/or ERP systems.
  • Proven process improvementand data analytics skills.
  • Ability tounderstand and demonstrate knowledge of data mining statisticaland/or data mining methods and tools
  • Excellentleadership and managerial skills to lead / manage matrix teams inmultiple geographies.
  • Ability to travel to bedefined based on overall program plan and timelines.
  • Bachelors degree in management science operationsbusiness analytics or statistics required; Masters degree inbusiness analytics or operations management preferred.
  • Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong problem solvingand troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise maturejudgment.
  • Ability to engage and manageseniorlevel relationships.
  • Strong oral andwritten communication skills including presentation skills (MSVisio MS PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to mentorjunior staff.
