Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and cultivate a growth-oriented environment.Goal Setting:

Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and goals for employees.Guidance & Support:

Provide coaching to managers for conducting evaluations, delivering feedback, and addressing performance gaps.Improvement Initiatives:

Design and monitor performance improvement plans, ensuring timely follow-up.Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and create user-friendly reports and presentations.Employee Engagement:

Work with the talent team to develop initiatives that improve job satisfaction and employee motivation.Industry Trends:

Stay updated on best practices in performance management and adapt strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

4+ years in performance management or a related role, exposure to Management Consultancy preferred.Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Strong data analytics skills

with proficiency in Excel.Exceptional analytical abilities

to derive insights from performance data.In-depth understanding

of performance management concepts, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

to build relationships across all levels of the organization.High professionalism, integrity,

and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
