Roles and responsibilities
  • Support the section headin managing Company’s ESG implementation plan to achieveits environmental and sustainability objectives, includingopportunities to reduce carbon footprint and achievecircularity.
  • Lead ESG data collection andrelevant coordination within Company offices and project sites indirect liaison with data owners, in line with the setsustainability data governance and processes to ensure accurate,consistent, reliable and complete data collection on ESGmetrics.
  • Drive the implementation of plannedESG initiatives as well as integrating ESG into initiatives ofother functions with relevant departmentrepresentatives.
  • Support Section Head inensuring ESG risks and opportunities are integrated into businessstrategy, plan and operations, driving sustainable growth andmitigating potential risks.
  • Act as the lead ESGchampion fostering a culture of sustainability within the Companyby engaging stakeholders, and promoting responsible practices andenhancing brand reputation.
  • Ideate and supportplanning ESG initiatives within the Company by activelycontributing to planning and execution, and measuring progresstowards achieving sustainability goals, optimizing resourceallocation and maximizing positiveimpact.
  • Support execution of Diversity, Equity,Inclusion, Gender Equality and Corporate Social Responsibilityinitiatives within the Company, in coordination with all relevantdepartments, such as Human Capital, Administration, Operations,Corporate Communications and Culture.
  • SupportSection Head in establishing processes and procedures to ensureCompany’s preparedness to collect and report supply chainemissions focusing on project development anddelivery.
  • Keep comprehensive and accurate datalogs of reporting, communications and research to allow forefficient business planning andexecution.
  • Prepare presentation material toshow progress and outcomes of research as well as marketingmaterial to support Commercial team.
  • Lead allresearch and latest updates on global, regional and local trendsand news that relate to sustainability, ESG and real estate. Thisinvolves research on latest technologies, innovation, marketupdates, resources and stakeholders

Key PerformanceIndicators:

  • ESG Strategy and Implementation planexecution: All allocated tasks of co-ordination completed ontime.
  • ESG Strategy and Implementation planexecution: Monthly report prepared for review ontime.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Data from alloffices and sites are collected and uploaded on the ESG softwarefor review on time.
  • ESG Risk: Prepare ESG riskplaybook material underguidance.
  • Sustainability in Design: Coordinateimplementation of Company Design Guidelines into projects throughtasks agreed with ESG Director.
  • Sustainabilityand Innovation: Continuous research and reporting on newtechnologies, services and innovation of sustainability in realestate space.
  • Support group-wide sustainabilitytaskforce: Attend all group-wide meetings and coordinate with allinternal stakeholders.

Desired candidate profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevantdiscipline (i.e. Environmental engineering, science, management,sustainable development, relevant engineering or architecturedisciplines); Master’s degreepreferred.
  • Any relevant ESG certification suchas Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), or GlobalReporting Initiative (GRI) certification -preferred
  • Knowledge on latest globalsustainability trends and innovation with a specific focus on realestate.
  • Understanding of Environmental legalframework, Climate change adaptation and mitigation atorganizational and real estate development level and experience indelivering sustainability strategies and implementation plans atmasterplan, design, construction and corporatelevel.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experiencepreferably in planning, architecture and engineering or managementconsultancy.
  • Relative experience inEnvironmental impact assessments, strategic environmental planning,Social Value, CSR (corporate social responsibility), Diversity,Equity, Inclusion and Gender Equality frameworks, strategies andinitiatives and ability to leadinitiatives
  • Experienced in social valuecreation in development projects and organizational diversity,gender equity and inclusion.
  • Well versed incorporate ESG frameworks, strategies and global ESG reportingecosystem and disclosure standards including SASB, GRI, GRESB,TCFD, CDP, GHG Protocol and SBTi.
  • Proficient instrategic environmental planning, environmental impact assessmentsand environmental management systems and performancemonitoring.
  • Familiarity with market context ofESG and emerging solutions that support building the business caseof sustainability.
  • Exceptional verbal andwritten communication and interpersonal skills that contribute toconsultative approach within a corporate / multifunctionalenvironment.
  • Ability to influence positivechange and sustainability without formalauthority.
  • Proficiency in Sustainabilitystrategies and its implementation during planning, design andconstruction
  • Ability to deliver effective andvisually strong presentations andreports.
  • Strong analytical and quantitativeskills to identify ESG trends and make data-drivenrecommendations.
