About the Role

The Client is a leading Asset Management firm with a global presence, managing multi-asset funds. We are seeking an ESG Analyst to join our team at ClickJobs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers to develop and enhance ESG processes across our Equity range of funds.
  • Perform assessments using our internal framework and establish agendas and plans for companies in partnership with Equity Investment teams.
  • Engage with companies and stakeholders to address ESG issues.
  • Contribute to producing and updating Asset Class related documentation, such as Active Ownership Reports.
  • Support investment teams in responding to client inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
  • Contribute to the regular publication of newsletters and leadership content.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years' experience in an ESG-related role within Financial Services, with a solid understanding of ESG/SRI financial markets and investment processes.
  • Asset Management or Investment Management background is beneficial.
  • An interest in Equity investing.
  • A university degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Experience in controlling structured and unstructured data sets is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Python and Power BI, would be beneficial.
