Responsibilities

  • VIP Management: Personally overseethe needs of VIP guests, ensuring their experience is flawless andmemorable.
  • Ambassador of Luxury: Serve as theambassador of luxury hospitality, embodying the values and ethos ofour brand at all times.
  • Guest Relations: Buildand nurture relationships with guests, anticipating their needs andpreferences to provide proactive service.
  • TeamLeadership: Inspire and motivate the pool & beach team touphold the highest standards of excellence andprofessionalism.
  • Continuous Improvement:Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to enhanceservice delivery and guestsatisfaction.
  • Innovative Offerings: Introduceinnovative and creative offerings to enhance the pool &beach experience and differentiate us fromcompetitors.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identifyopportunities to maximize revenue through strategic pricing,promotions, and upselling initiatives.
  • QualityAssurance: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure allfacilities, amenities, and services meet or exceed luxurystandards.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brandambassador both on and off-site, representing our luxury brand withpoise, professionalism, and grace.
  • OperationalEfficiency: Streamline operations and processes to optimizeefficiency while maintaining the highest levels of service andquality.
  • Guest Feedback: Solicit and act uponguest feedback to continuously improve and refine the pool& beach experience.
  • Crisis Management:Demonstrate poise and resilience in handling any guest concerns oroperational challenges that mayarise.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with thelocal community and industry partners to foster positiverelationships and enhance our brand reputation.

Qualifications

Experience/Certificates/Education

  • Prior experience in a similar roleinternationally or a minimum of 2 years in a luxury hotel andhigh-end beach club, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxuryhospitality standards.
  • 2 - 3 years ofexperience in overall Food and Beverage operations, particularly ina leadership role, indicating a comprehensive understanding ofF&B operations effectively in a guest-facing role, ideallywithin an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel, demonstrating customerservice skills in a hospitalitysetting.
  • Capability to obtain and/or maintainany necessary government-required licenses, certificates, orpermits essential for the role.
  • Proficiency infood and beverage preparation techniques, familiarity with healthdepartment regulations, and a solid understanding of liquor lawsand regulations governing baroperations.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English to effectively communicate withguests, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English to effectivelycommunicate with guests, colleagues, andmanagement.
  • Capability to cultivate positiveand collaborative working relationships with colleagues across alldepartments to promote teamwork andefficiency.
