BusinessLeader
- Drive and maximize sales performanceto consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives whileensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthlyprofitability;
- Analyze monthly storeperformance and reporting current trends to cover every aspect ofthe business including competitorperformance;
- Demonstrate sales leadership byplaying an active role on the sales floor through customerengagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customerservice is provided and annual mystery shop goals aremet;
- Manage and support stock levels throughdirect communication with key business departments to maximize fullprice selling, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignmentwith new product launches;
- Train andcommunicate current collection knowledge to all associates toensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and seasonstrategy and partner with the appropriate internal departments forproduct support;
- Communicate company setKPI’s and identify strategies to ensure performancestandards are met;
- Develop and implementbusiness action plans in collaboration with the Market Director toenhance sales for each product category and client tiersegment;
- Lead the team to consistentlyestablish relationships and propose local events through continuousnetworking and support product launches that promote high clientattendance and strong salesresults;
- Proactively follow current competitorsand fashion trends, industry news and new innovations intechnology.
Performance and TalentManagement
- Conduct monthly coaching/counselingsessions with associates to review performance and provideconstructive, timely feedback;
- Overseeperformance check in process for all store employees and establishgoals;
- Identify and create action plans,building development plans for allemployees;
- Attract, recruit, and retain a highperforming team and build a talent pipeline through networking andcompetitive shopping;
- Ensure a consistent andbranded onboarding experience for all newhires;
- Manage the allocation of staff resourcesand scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure an elevatedlevel of customer service;
- Partner with MarketDirector and Human Resources People Partner for all employeerelations issues to ensure effective resolution.
ClientDevelopment
- Manage the achievement of businessobjectives, by utilizing a top client strategy to retain anddevelop high potential clients;
- Promote brandawareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitivemarket share through community outreach and company sponsoredevents;
- Lead the team on executing superiorcustomer service and after sales experience to increase and retaincustomer loyalty;
- Ensure the development,implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives byproviding action plans to the team;
- Monitormonthly CRM database reporting to ensure the capture of meaningfulcustomer data for the purpose of building relationships topersonalize future client developmentopportunities.
