Our client, a British-owned real estate group with a growing presence in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to help drive sales performance and lead a team of motivated agents. With a diverse portfolio spanning off-plan developments, investment-led properties, and lifestyle communities, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, ambitious environment at a key stage of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsProvide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team membersMonitor market trends and help shape strategy across off-plan and secondary property salesCollaborate with marketing, developers, and listing teams to ensure a consistent pipelineImplement performance-driven processes to improve lead conversion and client satisfactionAct as a senior point of contact for high-value clients and investment buyersRecruit and onboard new agents as the team expandsRequirementsMinimum 4+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong background in both off-plan and secondary sales in the UAE marketDeep understanding of buyer behavior, developer relations, and RERA complianceProven track record of team performance and revenue generationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead from the front and close high-value deals personally when neededWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary + commission structureOpportunity to build and scale a high-performing sales teamAccess to exclusive developer inventory and listingsA supportive environment with room for professional growthBe part of a company expanding its footprint in the Northern EmiratesInterested in learning more?Please apply to the job with your CV and a representative of our organization will be with you should you match the criteria for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
