ROLE: GuestRelations Agent

MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for daily VIPs arrivals interms of room allocation amenities and special requests ofGuests. 
Keep Misenplace ready for VIP arrival(Reg.cards room keys welcome drink) 
Registerand process check in/out for all VIPs guests efficiently andprofessionally. 
Escort VIP gussets to theirrooms. 
Update guest information into thecomputer after a complete check in.
  Accountablefor cashiering duties foreign exchange transactions night auditstasks and settlement upon Guests departure.
 Handles walk in counter reservation at all times and process callin reservation when room reservations section is closed.
Provide friendly sand courteous service to guest and respondpromptly to all requests and inquiries at alltime 
Resolve guests complaints/ requests andliaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately followup 
Handle issuance of guest room key cards andensure effective control for guest security. 
Ensure that all messages mails and packages are delivered to theguest room. 
Assist at the Information counterForeign Exchange and Business centre as and whenassigned. 
Have knowledge of the hotel ratecodes package segmentation discounts and how to handleeach. 
Maintain continuous contact with hotelguest to ensure that any problem or complain are handle efficiently& courteously. 
Daily courteous calls toVIP rooms so too with other guests.
Report any unusualoccurrences or requested to manager. 
Be awareof the hotel accident Prevention Policies. 
Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of front officearea. 
Review log book verify outstanding andfollow up pending. Identify if any special assignment for theday 
Check Hotel situation occupancy functionsgroups VIPs. 
Reannounce VIP rooms toHousekeeping and F&B departments. 
Checkif all departure details for the day have been taken as well as forthe next day. 
To arrange for bouquets cake andcards in case of guests anniversary andbirthdays. 
Check VIP rooms after amenities areplaced. 
Coordinate with the lobby managerregards arrival & departure transport arrangements for theday. 
File daily guest relations report anddocumentssystematically
 


Qualifications:

Diploma or degree invocational hospitality fresher or 1year experience in 45 starhotel.
