  2. Review staff reimbursement / expenses claims according to company's policies, and arrange for payment approval.
  3. Enter and upload invoices into system, and process all invoices and payments related transactions.

  5. Prepare bank reconciliations, ageing report, and Statement of Accounts.
  6. Maintain accounting ledgers and assist in monthly closing.
  7. Perform vendor and bank reconciliations.

  9. Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
  10. Support internal and external audit requirements.
  11. Continue to improve the payment process.

Key Requirements:
  1. Diploma / degree in Accounting, as well as prior experience in a similar role with 4-8 years professional experience.
  2. Experience in management of staff reimbursement.
  3. Well versed in the MS Office suite. Knowledge in Xero accounting software is a plus.
  4. Self-motivated, independent in a fast-paced environment and fast learner.
  5. Organized and possess a high attention to detail.
  6. Have a can-do attitude and open mindset.
  7. Fluent language skills in English.
