Internal Communications Officer

  • Creative copywriting and contentdevelopment and execution of planned and ad hoc internal andexternal communications content.
  • Work withinternal/ external contacts to help create, promote, and publicizethe outcomes of events, activities that support business objectivesand corporate goals on internal and externalchannels.
  • Edit and proofread written materialsfor quality and adherence to appropriate writingstyle.
  • Social media style content development– video production,copywriting.
  • Community management –social media channels/ internal platform asrequired.
  • Internal stories for the internalplatform – support the Internal Communications team withKPI of publishing 2 posts per day.
  • Videoproduction and editing execution – directly supportingwith in-house production of videos e.g., storyboard development,interviews, capturing b-roll, editing for in-housevideos.
  • Assisting external suppliers with videoproduction, logistics, execution andediting.
  • Podcast production and editing asrequired.
  • People change communications supportas required.
  • Undertake training on the internalplatform to be able to publish content and act as Global CommunityManager.
  • Manage and execute communicationprojects using organizational skills, working with colleagues,vendors, and support agencies, keeping project leaders/managersapprised of status.
  • Support with production anddelivery of live webinars/ live town hall events/brandactivations.
  • Event management and production– with specific knowledge and use of MS Teams forwebinars Content creation to support the promotion of internal andexternal events.
  • Conduct audits, monitoring andanalysis of internal and external communication channels and usagedata for analytical reports highlighting trends and recommendations(where data is available).
