KeyRequirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from anaccredited four-year college or universitypreferred;
- Minimum of one years’experience in a formalized training position with retailstores;
- Experience in managing a retailbusiness;
- Additional experience in aclient-facing role at a retail setting isdesirable;
- Luxury retail experience ispreferred;
- Highly developed interpersonal,verbal, and written communication skills, including outstandingpresentation skills;
- Ability to communicateclearly, concisely, and persuasively with both large and smallgroups;
- Must be able to work independently andtransparently, possessing the judgment to provide frequent,concise, and cogent management updates;
- Abilityto effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrateprocedures and respond to questions;
- Stronginterest in growing and expanding learning and developmentcapabilities;
- Must possess a positive,solution-oriented, and customer-focusedattitude;
- Self-starter with a proactiveapproach to resolving problems andissues;
- Ability to read, analyze, assemble, andcompile information for reports, special projects, andsurveys;
- Comfortable interacting with alllevels of employees, treating all with dignity andrespect;
- Open and receptive to employees andtheir learning and development needs;
- Strongtechnical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LearningManagement Systems);
- Up to 75% travel requiredthroughout the (insert location) market.
