Marketing and Communications Manager

Duties andResponsibilities Brand Management: Maintain and enhancethe Academys brand image and reputation. Ensure brand consistencyacross all marketing materials and communications. Develop andmanage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments.Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation ofhighquality content for various channels including websites socialmedia newsletters press releases and promotional materials. Managethe Academys website content and ensure it is uptodate andengaging. Develop and execute social media strategies to increaseengagement and reach. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketingcampaigns including SEO SEM email marketing and social mediaadvertising. Analyse and report on digital marketing performanceand optimise campaigns for better results. Create design proof andmanage all graphic design elements for digital and print marketingcollateral materials. Design the yearly prospectus for SPAA.Monitor Student Social Media Accounts to ensure safe practiceamongst the student body. Public Relations and Communications:Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and managepress releases. Handle crisis communication and provide timely andaccurate information to stakeholders. Organise and manage pressconferences and media events. Copywrite proof monitor and manageall press releases that pertain to the Academy; this includesdeveloping and managing a consistent relationship with a chosenexternal PR company. Event Management: Plan and execute academyevents such as open houses alumni gatherings and conferences.Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful eventpromotion and . Assist the operations manager and box office incoordinating organising and managing inhouse events managingmultiple aspects including design inventories ticketing seatingpress influencers students and staff. Assist faculty and staff withany outreach activities and events. Budget Management: Develop andmanage the marketing and communication budget. Allocate resourceseffectively to maximise ROI on marketing activities. TeamLeadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketingand communication professionals. Foster a collaborative andinnovative team environment. Provide training and developmentopportunities for team members. Strategic Planning and : Developand implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities andchallenges. Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)for marketing campaigns. Write Marketing and Communication policiesand Procedures.
Requirements
Essential: Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications Public Relations or a related field. AMasters degree is preferred. Minimum of 57 years of experience inmarketing and communications preferably in the education sector.Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written andverbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing toolsand platforms. Experience with content management systems (CMS) andcustomer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to workunder pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Stronganalytical skills and the ability to interpret data to makeinformed decisions Strategic thinking and planning Creativity andinnovation Attention to detail Relationship building and networkingProblemsolving and decisionmaking Adaptability and flexibilityDesirable: Masters Degree in a related area. Graphic/MultimediaDesign related degree or certification WordPress Familiarity withCMS and CRM tools Experience in SEO and SEM Arabic language
