Our client one of theworld s leading sports resorts is looking for anApplication Technical Support (ERP) to jointheir team based in Abu DhabiUAE.


You willreport directly to the IT Manager Application TechnicalSupport is responsible for customizing and supportingcompanies business applications and web applications for the wholeentities.


Duties&Responsibilities

  • ProvidingL2 support services software for an organization semployees
  • TechnicalSupport for ERPDynamics 365 FO CRM POSsystems
  • Expertisein report development in ERP D365 system BI report developmentPower Platform data export andimport
  • Proficientin Mobile apps and webapplications
  • Technicalexperience in.NET ADO.Net X D365 workflow Visual Studio SQL ServerJavaScript
  • Knowledgein managing Azure / AWSserver
  • Requiredto coordinate with vendor support implement and train internalusers
  • Providingfirstlevel support to the users and managing ERP applications upandrunning
  • Maintainingexisting software hardware andupgrading
  • Followcompany policies and procedures demonstrate efficient teamwork andcontribute to the success of theResort
  • Tomaintain the highest standard of conduct professionalism uniformappearance andhygiene
  • Toperform other duties that management may from time to timereasonablyrequire


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Information Technology Electronics& Communication Engineering Bachelor of Technology) BSC orequaldegree
  • Musthave a minimum of 5 years of experience as Application Developerand Technical Support in theUAE
  • Proficientin Microsoft Windows software including server office exchange anddatabase maintenance and systemsecurity
  • Experiencein documenting processes and monitoring performancemetrics
  • Abilityto determine IT needs and trainendusers
  • Abilityto keep up with technical innovation and trends in ITsupport
  • Highlyorganized anddetailoriented
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
