Job Title:Enterprise Risk Manager.

JobDescription:

JobPurpose:

Provide functionalexpertise plan and manage all operations in the Enterprise RiskManagement (ERM) function and driving the effective development andimplementation of a comprehensive and integrated ERM framework(covering all risks including financial market operationalstrategic and HSE) while ensuring that the risk managementframework practices and policies are aligned and integrated intothe organizational culture business strategies and processes inline with the desired risk appetite and established governanceframework.

Educational andProfessionalQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in a field related to Capitalmarkets.
  • Certifications in Financial RiskManagement (FRM) Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) ProfessionalRisk Management (PRM) ICMA (International Capital MarketAssociation) CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) CISA (CertifiedInformation Systems Auditor CISM (Certified Information SecurityManager) CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) ISO/IEC 27001 Leadauditor are beneficial.
  • Indepth knowledge offinancial markets trading instruments and risk managementprinciples with knowledge of derivatives options futures and otherfinancial products.
  • Indepth knowledge ofregulatory requirements and industry standards governing riskmanagement and other relevantregulations.

OverallExperience:

  • 10 yearsin the Securities / Stock Exchange similar sector with at least 4years experience with growing managerial accountability in roleswithin similar operations.
  • Indepth experiencein developing and implementing enterprise risk managementframeworks policies and procedures including risk identificationassessment monitoring andmitigation.
