What will youdo?

  • Personally handle government accountsand Establish & maintain files of hit lists accounts andEnsure Shangri-La account management is strictly adheredto
  • Conduct and organize site inspection,entertainments in order to create awareness of our products for theclients.
  • Closely monitor accounts revenue andbusiness production of own portfolio to maximize up sellingopportunities
  • Executes Sales &Marketing action plans to promote hotel’s promotions,facilities and activities (blitzs, telesales, face to face salescall etc.)
  • Responsible for Determining andqualifying all sales personnel’s individual revenue goalsand targets as outlined within the hotel KPIstructure.
  • Operate in a safe andenvironmentally friendly way to protect guests’ andcolleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect andconserve the environment
  • Keeps abreast ofcurrent & future competitor's products, pricing& sales programs.
  • Develop &Execute effective Business DevelopmentStrategies.
  • Be familiar with and use the salessoftware solutions.
  • Other duties relating tothe BDM function.
