Main Purpose of theRole

  • Assist theCluster Human Resource department in various administrative andoperational functions.
  • Responsible foroverseeing the staff accommodation facilities
  • Acts as a liaison between employees and management and addressingaccommodationrelated issues.
  • Work closely withthe HR team employees and management to facilitate various HRprocesses and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources businessadministration and related field.
  • Anadministrator with extensive experience in office administrationpreferably within the HR department.
  • 34 yearsof experience as an Administrator and/or Accommodation Supervisorin the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills arenecessary.
  • Prior experience in a similar rolepreferably in the hospitality industry or a similar serviceorientedindustry.
  • Proficiency in HR software systemsand Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strongadministrative organizational and multitaskingabilities.
  • Problemsolving andconflictresolution skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hoursincluding weekends and holidays asrequired.
