  • Client Relationship Management: Buildand maintain strong relationships with multinational clients byunderstanding their business objectives, risk profiles, andinsurance needs.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyzeclients' risk exposures and collaborate withMarsh's internal teams to develop comprehensive riskmanagement strategies.
  • Insurance Solutions:Work closely with underwriters to design and negotiate insuranceprograms that provide acceptable coverage while optimizingcost-effectiveness.
  • Contract Review: Review andadvise clients on insurance contracts, policy terms, and conditionsto ensure alignment with their risk mitigationgoals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated onmarket trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that mayimpact clients'businesses.
  • Cross-Selling: Identifyopportunities to cross-sell additional services and productsoffered by Marsh, such as employee benefits, cyber risk management,and claims advocacy.
  • Compliance: Ensurecompliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies,providing guidance to clients on risk and insurance-relatedcompliance issues.
  • Client Education: Educateclients on risk management best practices and provide regularupdates on their insurance programs'performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and delivercomprehensive reports to clients on their risk profiles, claimsexperience, and insurance program performance.

What You Need ToHave

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field(Master's degree preferred).
  • Provenexperience in insurance brokerage or risk management, with a focuson multinational clients.
  • Strong knowledge ofinsurance products, including Property & Casualty,Liability, and Employee Benefits.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and negotiationskills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability toassess complex risk scenarios.
  • Understanding ofUAE insurance regulations and compliancerequirements.
  • Proficiency in MS officetools.
  • Relevant professional certifications(e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) is aplus.
