You’ll Be ResponsibleFor

  • Leadership of the overall delivery ofstrategy, objectives & all projects for the CoE for PMO& Planning in the Consult business, in line with overallMace strategy and priorities.
  • Establishes,cultivates & grows the PMO & Planning CoEincreasing capabilities, expertise &capacity.
  • Ownership of the PMO &Planning CoE planning & budgeting, business operationalresource requirements, ensures compliance with Mace Group reportingcycles and establishing KPIs & OKDs (Objectives &Key Deliverables), Strategic Workforce Plan, Service ExcellencePlan as agreed with Consult COO & CEO & SectorPlans.
  • Accountable for delivery of annualfinancial and operating targets for the Consult PMO &Planning CoE (including KPIs, OKDs & business outcomes),leads effective cost management, ensuring budgets are met andutilises data & analysis to drive continuous businessimprovements.
  • Oversees & promoteseffective relationships externally with all clients, suppliers,partners & internally across the CoE community &the wider business.
  • Partners with Sector Leadsto develop Sector business Plans for PMO & Planning targetincome, identifies new business growth opportunities &determines required capacity & growth requirements forresources for each Sector.
  • Oversees thedefinition & implementation of the service excellence plancreating real distinctive value, ensuring it sets out the strategyfor aligning, consolidating, innovating & delivering on thePMO & Planning service offer to ensure a consistent clientexperience on all projects.
  • Championsinnovation & provides thought leadership across the PMO& Planning CoE, business planning & servicedelivery advocating new ideas, ways of working &efficiencies.
  • Leads the development of servicepropositions, specific tools & deployment models within theCoE & across other functionalareas.
  • Collaborates & partners withothers across the business & identifies and promotes crossselling opportunities within the wider Mace business, driving& promoting business development, including building& developing productive relationships across the business& with clients.
  • Accountable forensuring required leadership and capability is implemented todeliver the business ambition with robust resource planning and atalent pipeline matching business demand, to drive the Macepurpose, priorities and 2026 strategy.
  • Memberof Consult business senior leadership team, inputs into &influences CoE portfolio in line with overall Consult businessstrategy, direction &objectives.
  • Demonstrates ‘goodorganisation citizenship’ by working in anenterprise-wide way.
  • Champions & drivesthe strategic implementation of enterprise-wide (&engine/business unit) strategic priorities, initiatives &transformational change, providing enterprise-wideleadership.
  • Leads Consult PMO &Planning CoE by example, setting & working by highstandards, leads, guides & provides direction to businessunit, ensures a high performing CoE portfolio & teams thatmeet & exceed KPIs
  • Represents Mace& the Consult PMO & Planning CoE, manages &influences key C-Suite & senior external relationships withkey stakeholders, including clients, supply chain and relevantgovernment/regulatory bodies.
  • Providesexecutive leadership and direction across the PMO &Planning CoE & across the business, supporting andmentoring senior leaders including succession planning, onboarding,training, and diversity planning.
  • Promotes& champions the highest standards and adherence to Health,Safety & Wellbeing acrossportfolio.
  • Provides thought leadership,industry expertise & expert counsel across the Consult PMO& Planning CoE portfolio to senior leadership teamsincluding Consult ExecutiveBoard.
