      • Coordinates with AV Chief toensure the scheduling program is being adhered to at alltimes
      • Creates an atmosphere of tranquillityamongst the team.
      • Recommends improvements inmethods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximisecustomer satisfaction.
      • Be willing to train andinstruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge andskills.
      • Is aware of the daily hotel activitiesand has product knowledge of all the hotelactivities.
      • To attend training classes as perschedule.
      • Shows fullest cooperation and respectwithin the team and other departments
      • Able toanalyse problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly witha high degree ofquality.

YourExperience And Skills Include

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’experience in hotel is preferred.
  • Experience inthe GCC and/or Middle East Region is aplus.
  • Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal required.
  • Be committed toexceeding guest expectations
