SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Regional Financial Planning& Analysis Manager will establish and execute developmentplans supporting the Regional Finance Director in accordance tostrategic direction explore business opportunities contributing torevenue growth for the region through timely accurate andinsightful financial and business support analysis.

You will work closely with senior leadershipto develop financial strategy plans analyze key performanceindicators and provide actionable insights to optimize businessperformance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams influence strategic initiatives andcontribute to the companys overall growth and success.

This position will be based in Dubai; and willreport to the Regional Finance Director MEIA (Middle East India andAfrica). Responsibilities
  • Support in implementing and assistin executing an established sustainable strategy that supportsexpectations around growth efficiency andprofitability.
  • Support with feasibilitystudies SWOT balance scorecard and sensitivity analyses to improvequality and mitigate risk areas.
  • Analyzefinancial data trends and variances to identify areas ofopportunity and risk.
  • Prepare comprehensivefinancial reports and presentations for senior management andstakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc financialanalysis and scenario modeling to supportdecisionmaking.
  • Drive process improvements andefficiencies within the region.
  • Stay updatedon industry trends regulatory changes and market dynamics to informfinancial strategies.
  • Assist in defining andclarifying important business decisions for theRegion.
  • Support the business in Legal TaxBanking and Finance matters.
  • Ensure compliancewith Corporate Finance Treasury and Segment policies and standardsand ensure that Group initiatives are followed up andimplemented.
  • Constantly explore and seekopportunities to improve efficiencies that might improveprofitability.
  • Lead investment reviews forfinancial feasibility and to facilitate Regionalapproval.

  • Bachelors degree in Finance orAccounting.
  • Additional qualifications likeACCA CMA CPA will be an advantage.
  • 5 years ofrelevant experience in Finance.
  • Strongcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively influence stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability tothink critically and drive results in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Excellent analytical skills withthe ability to translate complex data into actionableinsights.
