Weare looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant Manager tojoin Alserkal Initiatives. You will work closely with our team toshape and execute digital strategy driving campaigns across ourwebsite editorial newsletters and social media with the aim ofstrengthening the Alserkal brand and expanding our audiences. Theideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills a sharpeye for detail a flair for creative copywriting and the ability tothrive in a fastpaced environment. A passion for art and culturealong with a commitment to growing with the Alserkal team isessential. This fulltime role reports directly to the DigitalMarketing Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Buildand expand Alserkals digital communications contributing toaudience growth through effective content and campaign managementacross the website newsletters and social media channels knowinghow each digital marketing campaign supports their overarchinggoals.

  • Setmarketing campaigns and create marketing calendars in alignmentwith the Digital Marketing Manager aligning key messages andmarketing strategies and social media plans while managing budgetsas well as ensuring all digital marketing efforts both online andoffline are delivered on time and meetdeadlines.

  • Ensurethat marketing content is created shared and updated on relevantchannels in an effective and timelymanner.

  • Monitorpaid digital advertising campaigns including paid social media andGoogle Ads content on review sites Google Business and othertouchpoints.

  • Prepareholistic marketing reports delivering learning and insights to bothinternal and external stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis asrequired.

  • Liaisewith freelancers community members partners and agencies asrequired for digital marketinginitiatives.

  • Coordinatewith the Brand & Design team to ensure that AlserkalInitiatives digital channels are onbrand continually updated andsuccessfully growing following andengagement.

  • Leadinternal communications as needed working closely with themarketing team and wider businessunits.

  • Providecopywriting support UX knowledge and best practice to createengaging content adhering to inbound and SEO best practicesincluding scripts/briefing for ad campaign emails landing pages andsocial media assets. Regularly collaborate with internal teams toplan and create content for monthly/quarterlycampaigns.


Knowledge &Education

  • 46 yearsof Marketing and CRM experience in a fastpaced highvolumeenvironment.

  • Familiar withwebsite technology content management systems SEO best practicesand GoogleAnalytics

  • Experience withCRMs and EmailMarketing

  • Educated to aBachelors degree level or equivalent with relevant professionalqualifications in Marketing Communications Business Management or arelated field.

  • Fluency inEnglish is required; proficiency in Arabic is aplus.

  • Confidentand decisive with focus on desiredresults

  • A passion to grow inthe art design and cultureindustry


PositionType and Expected Hours ofWork


  • Thisis a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday throughFriday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and overtime may berequired during peak periods and/or for special projects andevents.
