We are seeking a dynamic andmotivated individual to join our team as a Wellness Executive atour insurance brokerage.

  • Assist in design and implementcomprehensive wellness programs tailored to the diverse needs ofour clients, with a focus on preventive healthmeasures.
  • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their specific wellness needs, provide consultations,and offer personalized recommendations to improve employee healthand reduce insurance claims.
  • Conduct workshops,webinars, and training sessions to educate clients and theiremployees on various aspects of wellness, including nutrition,stress management, fitness, and mentalhealth.
  • Utilize health-related data to identifytrends, assess program effectiveness, and make informedrecommendations for continuousimprovement.
  • Establish and maintainrelationships with wellness vendors, healthcare providers, andindustry experts to stay updated on the latest trends and bestpractices in workplace wellness.
  • Develop clearand effective communication strategies to promote wellnessinitiatives, both internally and externally, and encourage employeeparticipation.
  • Provide regular reports tomanagement on the success and impact of wellness programs, usingkey performance indicators and other relevantmetrics.
  • Coordinate with the insurers andclient to provide effective wellness strategy toclients
  • Build a list of preferred providers whocan provide effective onsite/offsite health & wellbeingservices to our clients
  • Prepare wellnesscommunications for wellness sessions conducted forclients

What You Need ToHave

  • Bachelor's degree in arelated field such as health promotion, nursing, pharma ornutrition.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experiencein developing and implementing wellnessprograms.
  • Strong understanding of health andwellness principles and practices.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.
