Responsibilitiesinclude:

Achieve and exceed accounttransaction and revenue targets for Visa Direct byclient

  • Achieve annualperformance goals and enablement milestones for Visa Direct (e.g.:new endpoints, corridor expansion, or usecases)
  • Develop and actively manage clientaccount plan to achieve financial targets and strategic prioritiesacross all products (e.g. direct to card, account and wallet, AFTs,VAS, etc..)
  • Develop and manage strategies forperformance acceleration, including high potential use cases,marketing strategies and growth opportunities

Sales pipeline development, up-sell,cross-sell endpoint options, routes and corridors, use cases andVAS across primary and extended client LOBs.

  • New and renew deal structure,incentives, negotiation and contracting
  • Manageand support clients through the sales cycle from opportunityidentification, solutioning, and program launch, ramp, andoptimization

Establisheda trusted working relationship with the Client to ensure we havethe necessary understanding of the client’s business andstrategy and work across internal Visa and Visa Direct stakeholdersto support and accelerate deliverables

  • Collaborate with the client AccountExecutive(s) to define account priorities and achieve the annualplan
  • Partner with Visa Direct cross-bordercommercialization team to develop the go-to-market strategy andensure we have the right value proposition and product construct tomeet client needs
  • Work with Marketing to ensureour client facing materials are excellent, on message and helpaccelerate the learning and launch process
  • Workwith Finance and Leadership on forecasting and monthly andquarterly reporting
  • Work with Legal to ensureclient contracts drive to successful outcomes for both Visa and ourclients
  • Work with Client Services to monitorpayment volume to recommend optimization activities and addressproduction issues as needed
  • Collaborate with NAVisa Direct Leadership to share progress and growth throughinternal reporting and tracking of account plan and financialbudget
  • Identify and raise product featureenhancements

Activeinvestigation and management of account program performance, with adrive to resolve issues quickly and completely.

  • Analyze dashboard and identify keytrends, bringing in product and client services SMEs to assist asneeded
  • Client transaction yield optimization(price and FX)
  • Underperforming program revenueimpact and resolution

Development Account plans andmonthly/quarterly reviews

  • Provide comprehensive, insightfulreview of the client’s program performance identifyingopportunities to drive growth and definingthe
  • Lead regular review and opportunity solvingsessions with the cross functional teams and help problem solvewhen client programs are stalled, or transaction volume hasplateaued
  • Monthly reporting to NA Visa Directand Market leadership

This is a remote position. A remoteposition does not require job duties be performed within proximityof a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to bepresent at a Visa office with schedulednotice.

Qualifications

BasicQualifications:

  • 10 or moreyears of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or atleast 8 years of work experience

with an Advanced Degree (e.g.Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience witha

PhD

PreferredQualifications

  • 8 plus years of payment or moneymovement industry related and leadership experience(minimum

of 2 to 3 yearswith remittances) in commercialization, strategy, productmanagement or

management consulting

  • Creative self-starter with a biastoward action and proven track record for successfullydeveloping,

building,launching and commercializing technology products that delightcustomers

  • Demonstratedsuccess in driving account growthacceleration
  • Excellent problem-solving skillswith a strong focus on delivering forclients
  • Excellent listening and communicationskills (both verbal and written), and executivepresence.
  • Must be able to interface with ourmost senior client executives
  • Ability toexplain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audiencein an approachable

way toinfluence and drive adaption

  • Demonstrated thought leadership andthe aptitude to think creatively and identify new waysto

innovate anddifferentiate products with evidence of tangible businessresults
