Key Accountabilities Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department. Reporting & Documentation Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards. Ensure timely submission of required reports. Qualification & Experience Excellent oral and written skills in English.
