Contract Duration - 3 months extendable
Location - Dubai
Salary: 5000 AED
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests .
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide concierge services , including reservations, transportation, and recommendations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of hotel/venue facilities, promotions, and local attractions .
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing VIP guest experiences and special events .
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies .
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to enhance future experiences.
- Handle any emergency situations or guest concerns professionally .
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service in hotels, resorts, or luxury venues .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.) .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks .
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
