About theJob:
We are seeking ahighly motivated and passionate optometrist to help us provideexcellent vision care services to our patients in long-term carefacilities in Virginia Beach.
Some of the responsibilities include:
  • performroutine, comprehensive exams for glasses andcontacts
  • perform dilated exams
  • providediabetic evaluations
  • treatment of infection andinjury
  • Repair and equip patients witheyeglasses
  • Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of oculardisease
  • Comfortable working with the geriatricpopulation


RequirementsIdeal Candidate will:
      • Musthold an ODLicense
      • Musthave a valid driver slicense
      • Musthave her/his own means oftransportation
      • Mustbe willing to meet with 21-25 patients aday
      • Mustbe willing to travel to different nursingfacilities
