Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals and driving revenue growth in the UAE market. Responsibilities Closing inbound and outbound leads Develop and implement effective closing strategies to maximize conversion rates Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Qualifications Strong closing skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand marketing strategies and explain them clearly to clients. Fluent English + strong sales communication.
