Thisrole requires technical, analytical, and communication skills tofoster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuousimprovement. You will lead a team of Auditors, analyzing existingprocesses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementingchanges aligned with MSH priorities and objectives. In this role,you’ll get to experience: Manage, coach, and develop theQuality Auditor team. Conduct process assessments to identifyinefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze data todevelop recommendations for process changes. Lead Quality Assuranceand cross-functional teams in designing and implementing solutionsto streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customerexperiences. Facilitate meetings, develop project plans, and ensureproject milestones are met. Document new processes, procedures, andworkflows to improve operations andperformance.
Collaborate with the trainingdepartment to ensure sustained changes. Monitor and evaluateprocess improvement initiatives. Prioritize improvementopportunities based on impact and feasibility. Build and maintainrelationships with management and stakeholders. Analyze customerfeedback and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely withBusiness Excellence teams to improve quality and customersatisfaction. Identify initiatives to boost digital adoption ratesand automation projects. Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices related to Quality Assurance and process improvement.What you bring: Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, orOperations.
Minimum 5 years of experience inQuality Assurance and process improvement. Demonstrated ability tolead teams and drive change in complex environments. Lean Six SigmaGreen or Black belt certified. Strong project management skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze complex data. Ability to manage conflicts withtact and diplomacy. Ability to drive workshops and collaborateefficiently with other Managers and leaders. What do you need tosucceed? Strong communication, leadership, and conflict managementskills.
