Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect responsible forbuilding Java applications. This includes anything between complexgroups of backend services and their clientend (desktop and mobile)counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design anddevelop these applications and to coordinate with the rest of theteam working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus acommitment to collaborative problem solving sophisticated designand product quality is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Senior professional with 13 years ofexperience.
  • Translate application storyboardsand use cases into functionalapplications.
  • Design build and maintainefficient reusable and reliable Javacode.
  • Ensure the best possible performancequality and responsiveness of theapplications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs anddevise solutions to these problems.
  • Helpmaintain code quality organization andautomatization.
  • Managing team and successfullydelivering the project.

Skills

  • Working experience in an agile softwaredevelopment environment with a good understanding of the principlesof agile architecture. Strong collaborative mindset for collectivedecentralized decision making.
  • Demonstratestrong technical skills with a deep understanding of modernarchitectural styles and practices such as Microservices ContainersAWS Cloud (good to have Azure) APIs Continuous Delivery Eventdrivenarchitecture Evolutionary architecture etc. with a passion forhands on coding.
  • Strong foundation knowledge ofsoftware architecture concepts patterns principles and qualityattributes. Ability to consistently apply them in realworldscenarios with a pragmatic system thinking and problemsolvingmindset by analyzing architecture tradeoffs for deliveringhighquality sustainable solutionarchitecture.
  • Proven leadership skills with aproactive positive and growth mindset. Ability to foster andmotivate programmers for delivering with craftsmanship. Goodpersonal skills to continuously engage and communicate with anegoless empathetic mindset.
  • Experience andexpertise in delivering architectures for large software solutionsmeeting critical business purposes. Ability to proactively discovertechnical debts and continuous improvement opportunities ofexisting live systems. Work closely with the product owner andenterprise architects to influence and prioritize technical backlogitems.
  • Proficient in Java & Java EE with agood knowledge of its ecosystems and skill to write reusablecomponents/Java libraries.
  • Deep familiaritywith cloud platforms such as AWS (mandatory) Azure (good to have)or Google (good to have).
  • Work experience inSpring boot 2.x Spring cloud Angular > 6 /React JS andknowledge on Node JS.
  • Familiarity with conceptsof Generative AI LLM OOPS MVC JDBC and RESTful and Experience withWSDL XML XSD JSON and Swagger Open APIspecification.
  • Experience in NoSQL (AWSDynamoDB preferable) and RDBMS DB (Oracle PostgreSQL) In memoryDatabase. Should be able to write complex SQL queries / procedureand functions.
  • Design & Creating databaseschemas that represent and support businessprocesses.
  • Work experience in Spring framework(Spring core / Spring Batch / AOP / Spring Data / Spring JDBC /Spring Boot) Hibernate ORM. And Working experience in SpringSecurity and OAuth2 implementation.
  • Experiencewith messaging technology like JMS Active MQ IBM MQ and Experiencewith Apache Kafka.
  • Good to have experience incontainerbased architecture Kubernetes docker CI/CD like Jenkinsand Gitlab CI/CD.
  • Implementing automatedtesting platforms and unit tests
  • Proficientunderstanding of code versioning tools such as RTCGIT.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as AntMaven and Gradle.
