Overview:
As a Principal Solution Architect, your role is to oversee the end-to-end management of complex business solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include analysing customer needs, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle.

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in understanding client needs, designing customized solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Your ability to effectively manage projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver value-added solutions will contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.

- Solution Development and Design:

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
- Design innovative and customized solutions that address client needs, leveraging existing products or recommending enhancements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
- Define solution architectures, considering factors such as integration, security, performance, and usability.
- Project Management:

- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, implementation, and support, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and meetings to gather and clarify client requirements.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Solution Proposition:

- Collaborate with technical teams to oversee solution propositions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Coordinate technical activities to validate the functionality and performance of the solution.
- Gather feedback for further improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the proposal process.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the solution management lifecycle.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing products or the development of new products based on customer feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 15 years of experience in information technology where mostly spent in Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience in solution management, product management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise Cloud solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in solution design methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
