Job Purpose

The Enterprise Architect will serve as the technical lead for the program management and delivery of a multi-year contract with a major customer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Architecture Office, comprising representatives from all technical teams in the project.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business strategy and technology requirements.
  • Ensure the end-to-end robustness and interoperability of the solution, assessing the impact of any changes in the architecture both technically and commercially.
  • Collaborate with the customer to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate digital solution design.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, technology components, vendor solutions, and emerging technology trends to define, refine, and enhance the solution.
  • Develop high-quality artifacts, including architectural and capabilities roadmaps, requirements, high-level and detailed designs, and deployment plans, ensuring systems are documented according to E& standards and relevant legislation/regulation implementation.
  • Provide technical authority to validate the end-to-end large/complex/bespoke/multi-tower technical solution.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end cost model of the complex multi-tower technical solution, identifying strategies to enhance customer value delivered while minimizing the cost of the solution design and implementation.
  • Develop compelling presentations and demos to showcase the value proposition both internally and externally.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, technical specialists, and partners/vendors to define standards, incorporating best practices, and authoring technical design specifications, solutions architecture designs, integration interface specifications, etc.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Microsoft Software AG, Integration, Front-end development, Web Portal, and Mobile.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with soft skills, influence, convince, assertive, manage the customer, and drive based on technical expertise.
  • Experience working in the Public Sector, preferably in the UAE.
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience.
