Customer Support Services Junior Officer

1.Supports andprovides service via toll free emails live chats and social mediato manage the business relationship withcustomers.
2.Performsoutbound surveys to ensure customer satisfaction for Sales andAfter SalesServices.
3.Generates SalesLeads.
4.Registerscustomer details and complaints for sales and service in order toguarantee resolution for customersatisfaction.
5.Capturescustomer information schedules appointments and forward those tothe Service Department to assure requested appointments aremet.
6.Utilizes allproduct operational and Contact Center trainings provided toidentify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephonepresentation.
7.Receives InboundCalls Emails and Live Chats through Genesys Contact CenterSystem.
8.ReceivesOutbound Calls for different campaigns through Genesys ContactCenterSystem.
9.Saves customerprofile in Forms through Genesys ContactCenterSystem.
10.Qualifies thecall through Genesys Contact CenterSystem.
11.Obtains thestatus of service requests and service history through OracleApplication and informs thecustomers.
Requirements
1.Six months toone year of customer service experiencepreferred.
2.Diploma graduateor equivalentpreferred.
3.Dual languagepreferred
4.Fluent inEnglish writing/speaking
5.Excellentnegotiator
6.Excellent verbaland written communication skillsdesired.
7.Effectivelisteningskills
8.Familiarity withMicrosoft Office products and general computer keyboard skills; hasto have technical and internetexpertise.
9.Demonstratesales/customer service communicationskills.
10.Friendly andcourteous telephone mannerrequired.
11.Punctuality andefficiency with the ability toprioritize.
