  • Assist the Executive Housekeeperin planning, organizing, and directing the housekeepingteam
  • Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas,and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards ofcleanliness
  • Oversee and conduct regularinspections to identify any areas that require attention orimprovement
  • Train, motivate, and develop thehousekeeping team to meet and exceed guestexpectations
  • Manage and monitor the inventoryof supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure timely and effective communication andcollaboration
  • Assist with budgeting andfinancial management of the housekeeping department

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience inhousekeeping, with previous experience in a leadership orsupervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel inDubai
  • Strong knowledge of housekeepingoperations, cleaning techniques, and industrystandards
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced and demandingenvironment
