AchieveTest Prep is seeking an eLearning Spanish Instructor to preparecustomers for College Spanish Language course and help them staymotivated on their journey to earn their college degrees. Thesuitable candidate should be able to help customers develop basicspeaking, listening, reading, and writing skills inSpanish.


JobResponsibilities


  • TechSpanish lesson schedules

  • Presentlessons in a manner that aids understanding and engagement

  • Motivatecustomers to succeed

  • Collaboratewith other instructors and team members and participate inmeetings

  • Followcustomers journeys and inform the eLearning team of noteworthyobservations

  • Provideone-on-one tutoring for customers

  • Performother eLearning-related tasks


Requirements& Skills


  • ABachelors degree inSpanish

  • Threeor more years of experience teaching Spanish at College Level

  • Experienceworking with Learning Management Systems, and applications such asZoom, Google doc, and Googleslides.

  • Abilityto teach different types of learners in real-time in a manner thathelps them understand

  • Excellentaudience engagementskills

  • StrongInternet connection, a functional computer, and a noise-cancelingheadset

  • Efficiency,professionalism, and dependability

  • Schedule:under 6 hours per week; availability to teach classes on weekdaysand weekends, Morning, Afternoon, and Evenings

  • Thoroughknowledge of teaching best practices with a willingness to followAchieve Test Prep s eLearning policies andprocedures
