Responsibilities:

  1. ClientRelationshipManagement:

    • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with existingclients.
    • Identify potential clientsand proactively reach out to them to introduce our products andservices.
    • Understand clients needsand preferences to provide tailoredsolutions.

  2. Salesand BusinessDevelopment:

    • Meet salestargets and objectives set by thecompany.
    • Identify new businessopportunities and market trends to expand the clientbase.
    • Prepare and deliver compellingsales presentations to prospectiveclients.
    • Negotiate contracts andagreements with clients to secure profitabledeals.

  3. ProductKnowledge:

    • Acquire indepthknowledge of our marble products including their characteristicsapplications and pricing.
    • Educateclients about the features and benefits of different marblevarieties to assist them in making informed purchasingdecisions.

  4. MarketResearch:

    • Conduct marketresearch to analyze competitor activity pricing strategies andmarket trends.
    • Utilize marketinsights to develop effective sales and marketingstrategies.

  5. CustomerService:

    • Provide exceptionalcustomer service throughout the sales process from initial inquiryto postsale support.
    • Addresscustomer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly andprofessionally.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract newclients.
    • Coordinate with thelogistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve anydeliveryrelatedissues.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience in sales preferably in the marbleindustry.
  • Strong communicationnegotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Excellent networkingabilities with a proactive approach to businessdevelopment.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice suite and CRMsoftware.
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a related field ispreferred.


-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marble orconstruction industry. -Strong communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills. -Excellent networking abilities with aproactive approach to business development. -Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.
