Cluster Senior Sales ManagerLeisure CIS Market

What willI be doing

As Cluster Senior SalesManager Leisure you will be focusing on CIS markets. You willanalyse market trends and competitor activity to recommendstrategies that keep the hotel a leader in the CIS marketplacethrough the development of future and repeat business. You willhave existing experience within these markets and you are able todemonstrate a thorough knowledge of trends preferences and contactsfrom and within these markets and preferably speak the language.

  • Excellent relationships with anddevelop Leisure Accounts in the CIS Markets and have extensivetravel experience into these markets in order to drive businessinto our specific hotel cluster and to increase market/customershare in all revenue streams.
  • Negotiate roomrates/packages with corporate clients
  • Developand implement creative local marketing channels including socialmedia channels
  • Prepare company contracts forthe hotel in accordance with current business and pricingconditions
  • Work within current businessstrategies and recognising potentialopportunities
  • Cooperate with other departmentsin the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and buildstrong comprehensive sales programs
  • AttendSales events as required
  • Produce accurate andtimely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and seniormanagement to include the reporting of appointments calls made andbusiness leads
  • Answer customer queries in aprompt and professional manner
  • Manage staffperformance in compliance with company policies andprocedures
  • Recruit manage train and develop theSales team
