Our client is aleading hospitality company that owns and operates a portfolio ofrestaurants and nightlife venues across the Middle East: Dubai(UAE) Doha (Qatar) and develops in other countries such as OmanSaudi etc.

Their mission is to provideexceptional dining and entertainment experiences for our guestswhile maintaining a strong focus on quality innovation and customerservice.

JobDescription:

We are seeking ahighly experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Director to jointheir team.

The ideal candidate will have astrong background in marketing and branding with a proven trackrecord of success in the hospitality industry.

As the Regional Marketing Director you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies that drive revenueand brand awareness for their properties Restaurants and NightlifeVenue.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement marketing plans and strategies for the region in linewith the companys overall objectives and brandguidelines.
  • Leadand manage a team of marketing professionals providing guidance andsupport to ensure the successful execution of marketinginitiatives. Both at a Corporate level andonproperty
  • Conduct market research and analysisto identify trends opportunities and challenges in the hospitalityindustry.
  • Collaborate with the sales andrevenue teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drivebookings and revenue.
  • Manage the companysdigital presence including website social media and emailmarketing.
  • Oversee the creation and productionof marketing collateral including brochures advertisements andother promotional materials.
  • Monitor and trackthe effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies asneeded to achieve desired results.
  • Develop andmaintain relationships with media outlets influencers and otherpartners to increase brand visibility andawareness.
  • Monitor and manage the marketingbudget ensuring costeffective strategies and maximizingROI.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends anddevelopments and make recommendations for new marketing initiativesto stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in aleadership role.
  • Proven track record of successin developing and executing marketing strategies in the hospitalityindustry.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing tactics and platforms.
  • Excellentcommunication and leadership skills.
  • Ability tothink creatively and strategically.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Knowledge of the Middle Easternmarket and cultural nuances is amust.
