Role Purpose:

The Employee Experience Coordinator will act as the central contact to support a warm, inclusive onboarding experience for new hires as well as to guide smooth transitions for staff offboarding.

Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Onboarding
Support onboarding for internal or external staff, from the initial job offer acceptance, sharing welcome packages and enrollment materials, completing key onboarding activities and education, answering new hire inquiries to completion of the new employee onboarding process on SAP Success Factors. Provide guidance and advice to Human Capital Business Partners and Line Managers on onboarding and offboarding services, requirements, collective agreement language, labour relations interpretation, and organizational hiring, onboarding and offboarding practices. Create and utilize onboarding and offboarding checklists to guide staff through necessary actions and processes and solicits feedback from employees who are joining or exiting the organization. Create, prepare, and process various documents such as emails, correspondence, materials, and toolkits for successful onboarding and offboarding. Liaise with key stakeholders in Labour Relations, Compensation and Classification, other People departments, and Operations regarding issues of a non-routine nature, and responds to inquiries from managers, employees regarding the status of posted positions, employment opportunities, application procedures, salary and timekeeping issues and reference requests. Responsible for coordination of all visa processes of employees and their dependents Responsible for insurance enrollment, renewal, deletion and renewals for all CORP employees and their dependents Draft memos for new joiner announcements Perform any other duties as required Policies and Procedures Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Human Capital Responsibilities Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work Apply and follow MAF Retail's Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, or Business Administration Minimum experience 2 years' Human Capital experience in a major public sector or private-sector organization New Joiners' Onboarding Experience is a must

Skills
Fluency in English is essential (writing and verbal). Strong communication outgoing poised and persuasive communication style. Strong presentation skills. Good understanding of the latest HC trends and the intersections between HC and culture. Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law. Applies excellent time management skills to plan, prioritize and complete assignments and schedule activities in a manner that optimizes departmental effectiveness and maintains customer relations.
