Evaluate the Information Technology (IT) related opportunities and risks in relation to a potential merger, acquisition or divestiture. Identify potential remedial actions to address, and communicate due diligence key findings Assess IT-related performance of companies and develop potential options to enhance performance or reduce operating costs Assess the IT strategy and alignment with the firm\'s business strategy Comment on IT vendor contracts and degree of reliance on key support services Support the project team in the preparation of reports and deliverables Basic knowledge of accounting and finance Leadership Capabilities:
Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business. Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or STEM field with a Master\'s in management or MBA Experience in IT systems applications, architecture, infrastructure, and good understanding of common IT processes Prior exposure to the M&A lifecycle and due diligence preferred Core skills in written and verbal communication, report writing, facilitation and presentation to senior executives. Highly collaborative, teaming across client departments and functions Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Awareness of industry trends and insights are also valuable Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and (fluency in Arabic is desirable) for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams. Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
