Job Description:
As a Retail Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our retail establishment. While no prior experience is required, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  2. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock counts, and coordinating replenishment orders.
  4. Cash Handling: Support cashiers with transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure accuracy in monetary transactions.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Aid in maintaining store appearance by organizing merchandise displays and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Emirati national with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
