Visa is seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager with an exceptional ability to design programs and activate the brand with strategic audiences. This marketer will explore and develop a deep understanding of the most important user groups and usage occasions, and develop plans to activate against them. As part of the brand team leading Visa across the multifaceted CEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, this role offers a breadth of learning and possibilities and supports global and regional brand efforts to bring our story to life with key audiences and key consumer use cases.

This person should be willing to smartly challenge the status quo to get to a net end goal of building our brand awareness, affinity, and ability to assign increased value through brand preference. Our brand should be bold, relevant, and cut through the noise in today\'s world of content and creative inundation. The ideal candidate is a team player, problem solver, and idea generator with a firm understanding of how to develop a brand that people remember and love. The role will be based out of our Dubai office.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, highly motivated and inspirational marketer with the ability to mobilize resources (marketing team, agency partners, multi-functional peers, etc) as well as work with a wide array of markets at varying stages of development. The individual must be flexible and have a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d, positive attitude, combining a solutions-orientated mind-set with a highly collaborative approach. The selected individual will bring to this position deep, proven marketing expertise in world-class brands, and will be ready to take the brand to the next level.

This role reports to the CEMEA Senior Director, Brand.

Responsibilities:
Solidify Visas positioning as the leader in electronic payments in the market by developing marketing campaigns that drive profitable transactions and revenue for both Visa and its clients. Enhance the visibility of the Visa brand across moments of truth for the brand, collaborating with partners and clients, beyond traditional paid channels Design programs and activate the brand with key user segments and partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored marketing programs to drive usage and preference. Originate and develop frameworks for partnerships that align with the needs of key user segments Develop a deep understanding and ownership of key audiences and use-cases that are relevant to Visa, and develop plans to activate through regional marketing teams Coordinate with global subject matter experts, adapting global programs to local nuances Conduct analysis and provide thought leadership and advice by leveraging data, metrics, and insights to be shared with internal teams, senior management, and external clients. Leverage our top sponsorship properties (i.e. FIFA, Olympics) through engaging marketing programs that win with consumers and clients. Effectively partner with the CEMEA Marketing team to leverage regional resources in core functions like Research, Analytics, and Sponsorships. Inspire and lead the agency partners (creative, media, data). Accountable for the optimal utilization of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI, ensuring all global & regional brand level execution is world class. Supporting effective brand plan development, creative concepting and execution of all agencies supported work according to the pre-defined timelines. Ensuring the creative brief is the most effective format and tool to inspire creativity and to understand project scope. Drive process so marketing plan is clear and on time. Developing process and tools to plan, review and execute the work effectively. Support fruitful collaboration and approvals across the cross-functional team. Support and where necessary lead relationship with relevant Visa marketing agencies Mapping brand activities to intended business outcomes and associated brand and revenue related analytics. Managing stakeholders and creating alignment in strategy and direction. Qualifications
9 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) A deep understanding and experience in audience segmentation, development of tailored marketing programs and alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders Excellent business English skills, written and spoken. Co-brand issuer and/or merchant experience managing a Co-brand portfolio P&L, preferably across a variety of CEMEA markets and relevant industries such as consumer goods, finance, travel, and retail. Deep knowledge of payment economics, financial controls, and legal impacts of contract management. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with marketing teams and external partners. Proven track record of successful relationship management results. Demonstrated experience interacting with \xe2\x80\x9cC level\xe2\x80\x9d executives within client organizations. Proven ability to develop and leverage external and cross-functional relationships. Proven ability negotiating business agreements. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with high level of success/achievement. Consulting experience, consumer loyalty management and/or coalition loyalty experience desired. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Extensive experience in Brand management and marketing, involving strategy, planning and execution, including bringing new ideas and products to market Primary focus of your work has been in brand analysis, user segmentation, development of value propositions and campaigns in a fast-moving environment. Results-oriented professional with proven experience in storytelling. Demonstrated experience leading and executing corporate brand programs. Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency Solid financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation Additional Information
