The Consumer Brand Manager for the Gulf Paxlovid, will report directly to the Vaccines Category Lead and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for Gulf Consumers during EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) and transitioning to full commercial launch post approval.

Focus areas will be based on the following:

- Develop marketing plan and strategy
- Drive voice of customer insights
- Drive segmentation of audiences across markets to optimize messaging and GTM plans
- Collaborate with the Paxlovid Brand manager to deliver breakthrough campaigns and promotional efforts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consumer Brand Manager will lead the development and management for multiple consumer initiatives, including but not limited to:

- Innovative Partnerships geared towards providing a rapid and seamless experience for consumers.
- Develop the overall consumer strategy for all consumer segments to strengthen appropriate use of Paxlovid.
- Manage the consumer media plan by making new digital assets and enhancements & investment re-distribution recommendations (if necessary.
- Lead the final planning process and help execute broad and targeted brand awareness tactics.
- Identify patient advocacy and partnership opportunities at the local level to drive patient education and engagement in targeted risk populations in close collaboration with public affairs groups; manage consumer advocacy partnerships.
- Develop and maintain key partnerships in alignment with Pfizer Corporate Affairs colleagues as appropriate.
- Partner with Pfizer BAI (Business Analytics & Insights) to ensure that all consumer tactics are measurable to drive future channel investment decisions and continuous improvement of consumer assets.
- Responsible for managing the consumer budget to optimize resource allocation in support of brand objectives.
- Identify current and anticipate future market opportunities for and competitive threats to category leadership, with a focus on digital innovation.
- Collaborate and align with global, HCP marketing, medical, legal, vaccines, etc to ensure a synergistic franchise approach to deliver business objectives.
- Leads efforts to develop innovative and integrated digital omnichannel strategies to build proficiency in Customer Experience; develop tactics to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers, with interconnected and consistent provider journeys across solutions.
- Shapes and leads the development of rapidly created agile and modular content using available tools.
- Uses streamlined content testing and actively identifies gaps to inform new content development
- Embeds foundational analytics capabilities (e.g., global dashboards, tracking/reporting of metrics and KPIs) via coordination with global analytics teams and rapidly adjusts engagement approach based on new insights.
- Adopts best practices for leveraging go to market solutions in HCP engagement; provides feedback and share voice of customer to internal partners for solution evolution.
- Designs and executes an integrated Global Category Brand Marketing Strategy and resource plan and dynamically adapt strategy to reflect changing market conditions (e.g., competitor moves).
- Uses real-time customer behavior to sharpen customer segmentation and execution of marketing mix - delivering content that is more relevant and timelier.
- Adopts best practices for omnichannel marketing activities to improve efficiency (e.g., deep understanding of analytics to efficiently interpret complex dashboards), aligns with Paxlovid Country Brand Lead on execution of consumer brand strategy and tactics.
- Works with digital to ensure search engine optimization (SEO) is incorporated into marketing tactics to ensure that our channels are at the top of search engines as these drives how many visitors go to our channels.
- Must be customer obsessed and a proactive and active listener.
- Ability to understand the different messaging needed for different generations.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to cascade Pfizer’s culture, attract top talent, empower colleagues, motivate, and inspire team to exceed expectations.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to Category Lead, Vaccine.
- Connection to SMEs.
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Medical, PHI, PCA, Communications, Operations, BAI and Corporate Affairs at Country level and all necessary XF Teams. Externally, role may interact with societies, companies (Diagnostics, Telemedicine, Pharmacy) and/or KOLs/DOLs.
