InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Provide complete account management for the assigned portfolio which includes both Corporate and Long stay segments.
  • Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities in the area(s) designated by the Commercial Director.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Existing and New clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, projects, competitors, and market developments to identify potential leads and maintain competitiveness.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
  • Prepare tailored and detailed proposals outlining stay specifications, pricing, packages, and additional services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties and comply with hotel policies.
  • Conduct site inspections to showcase hotel rooms, residences, meeting facilities and F&B outlets.
  • Work closely with the hotel's operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of long-stay and corporate arrangements, including logistical needs and special requests.
  • Monitor and manage stay budgets to optimize profitability and control costs effectively.
  • Generate regular activities, sales reports, forecasts, and updates to evaluate performance against sales goals and provide insights for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and represent the hotel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to the conclusion of the stay, to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in proactive sales within the hotel industry in Dubai managing a strong portfolio of Corporate and Relocation accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Corporate and Long stay markets both local and international.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of International and Local relocation companies would be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
