The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use water-font development in the UAE. Senior master plan design manager to oversee and manage the briefing and delivery of master plan design consultants from briefing stages through vision, pre concept, concept and final master plan development.

  • Manages daily operations for project/s design resource/managers.
  • Leads and presents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership

  • Collaborates project management office (PMO) teams (as required) ensuring coordinated deliverables.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • Extensive masterplan and Dubai authority experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and writing skills.
  • Maintains impartiality & takes pragmatic approach evaluating evidence.
  • Ability to take initiative and make appropriate decisions.
  • Good BIM literacy, BIM management and BIM deliverables.
  • Good technical knowledge to challenge projects/design/ proposals.
