Overview of the role

Provide Audio Visual System/ Security System consultancy to enterprise level customers

Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.

Preparation of Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.

Attend Client Meetings for Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.

Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, vendors and partner.

Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, willing to work extended hours

What you will do

Technical DImensions

Experience in Pre-sales activities in ELV / ProAV Systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection, BackGround Music, Meeting Room/ Board Room Solutions, Auditorium Solutions.

Experience in Digital signage & meeting room solutions

Design, Estimation, Technical Proposals, Presales, Commissioning experience in ProAV & Security communication products

Industry certification from major manufacturer.

Product Knowledge for all major vendor (PELCO, Samsung, Hikvision, Milestone, Gallagher, LENEL, Creston, Extron, BOSE & other leading brands.)

Experience and knowledge of other ELV and IT solutions will be an added advantage

Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the ELV & Audio-Visual systems provided by the client

Applies complex design principles and methodology to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of resources and technology.

Take lead on ELV/ ProAV system practice & support the sales team to provide price optimized solutions and in support of Pre-sales activities that will help them achieving order booking target ELV/ProAV system

Through efficient design and engineering support the sales team to have better intake and improve conversion rate lead qualification

Prepare product and solution matrix, enhance our product portfolio by introducing new products and solutions

Maintain relationship with AFT business partners, supplier and vendors

Identifying Certification gap to maintain our partnership level with principles

Ensure that Sales, commercial and service teams receive presales support as they request. Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Design to Delivery

Architect a comprehensive solution with right mix of products & technologies from our portfolio to meet the requirements of RFP/Tende

Required Skills to be successful

Job-Specific Skills:

Experience in new business sales with proven track records

Long-term experience in negotiating contracts

Strong track record of pursuing and winning business in large enterprises

Strong expertise and network in the UAE market

Experience in ICT infrastructure, Private Cloud solutions, and Application Management

Excellent relationship skills

Fluent English and Arabic (added advantage) language skills, both oral and written

Strong presentation skills

Able to work with teams locally and internationally.

What equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or Master's in IT Field or Cyber Security

Proven track record in developing and selling Managed Security and Cyber Security Services

Information Security / Cyber Security Certifications would be an added advantage - ISO 27001 Implementer, CISM, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent

Minimum Experience and Requirements:

5+ years of cyber security sales experience in UAE and MENA region

Thorough understanding and knowledge of cyber security solutions not limited to Client Security, Web Security, Email Security, Information Security, Log Management, Identity Management, Patch Management, Penetration Testing, Load Testing, Source code review, MSSP services, and Compliance Services

Minimum 5 years of experience in new business sales with a proven track record

Strong Negotiator and should be able to articulate complex proposals verbally and in writing

Strong leadership, sales, coaching, and mentoring skills

Ability to drive sales both directly and through subordinates

Willing to travel extensively throughout UAE, KSA and Qatar.
