Position : Contracts Administrator
Work Location : Abu Dhabi office
Work schedule: 5 days / week
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of contract documents, including coordination with legal team.
- Reviewing and ensuring that contracts, agreements and other related documents are in concise and compliance with the contracting procedures and guidelines agreed upon.
- Assisting the Project Management Team in reviewing and updating status of on-going tenders and contracts.
- Providing legal and administrative support for the implementation and monitoring of contracts.
- Prepare letters, memos and correspondence to clients and subcontractors on applicable contractual issues or concerns.
- Monitoring compliance of contract requirements and internal procedures, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
- Providing analysis of historical data of contracts and provide recommendations and corrective actions to the Project Director
- Maintaining and updating the contracts information system and retains original records of contract-related documents.
- Updating records of all correspondence related to contract and tendering activities.
Education/Experience
Overall Minimum 5+ Years of total experience in Contracts Administration.
Preferably a Bachelor in Engineering or similar qualification.
Bachelors / Masters in Construction Law, LLB , Legal certifications, or similar is preferred.
Note: The role is at mid-level Category. Senior candidates may or may not be contacted, subject their work experience is relevant to our requirements in Civil/ Construction projects.
