Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates United Nations Full time
The United Nations Environment Programme (UN Environment) is the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment.
The Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) aims to conserve terrestrial, aquatic and avian migratory species throughout their range. It is an intergovernmental treaty, concluded under the aegis of the UN Environment, concerned with the conservation of wildlife and habitats on a global scale. CMS and its agreements are often collectively referred to as the \xe2\x80\x9cCMS Family\xe2\x80\x9d.
The Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MOU) is an agreement established under CMS covering 94 species of migratory raptors in Africa and Eurasia.
