**Role Description**: We are in search of a highly motivated and organized Legal Affairs Officer to join our team. The Legal Affairs Officer will be a key player, responsible for providing expert legal support to our organization. If you possess a strong legal background, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulations, and compliance.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet legal requirements and align with the organization's goals.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, if any, and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal implications are considered in business decisions.
- Maintain and manage legal documents, records, and databases.
- Assist in creating and implementing legal policies and procedures within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Affairs Officer or in a similar legal role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
